After you receive the tea, if there is any problem, you can contact us to provide proof and negotiate a solution. We provide you with a flexible return and refund policy. Please note that we do not accept unreasonable returns for refunds made more than 30 days after the order date.

Sorry, we do not currently support exchange services, but you can contact us for other solutions.

We will provide you with a tea sample in the order. If the taste of the tea is not acceptable to you, you can contact us and return the order as it is.

We will start negotiating with you within 48 hours of receiving your return request, and the entire return process is expected to be completed within 30 days.
